Air Freight Work Flow
1. Acceptance of Power of Attorney:
After received the Power of Attorney (it must reflect principal’s contact phone number, contact person and payment method), customer service personnel make the ariline booking according to the requirements of the Power of Attorney. If the freight or estimated arriving time can not meet the requirements when booking, the customer service personnel will directly feedback to the salesman, and provides reasonable suggestions for choose. If customers have other requirements, please inform the cumtomer service personnel in advance, and reflected on consignment.
2. Arrangement of goods warehousing
After the airline booking is done, customer service staff will be communicate with customers and arrange a reasonable warehousing time. We will pick up the goods in Guangzhou City for free and charge reasonablely for those not in Guangzhou. In order to ensure the customs clearance, goods and the correct declaration documents must be sent to the designated place one day before the expected flight date. If the flight is on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, customers shall have to sent the goods and customs clearance documents to our company before Friday 9:00 am.(except work overtime)
3. Determine the chargeable weight
Gross Weight and volume weight, whichever is greater will be chargeable weight (chargable weight is subject to the weight weighted by airport). Volume weight calculation: the volume weight = length (cm) * width (cm) * high (cm) / 6000
4. Filling of Air Master Bill of Lading
Consignor and consignee must be properly and the same as the ones in customs declaration documents(Air Master Bill of Lading can not be changed, otherwise Customs will not be declared); If a change is needed, you can ask the Airline comany to change it after take-off via CCA, and the change fee is CNY150.00.
5. Export Declaration
Provide export declaration documents (power of attorney declaration, packing list, invoice, sales contract, verification form, application form of inspection, etc.) to make the customs declaration 24 hours before the flight take off. Documents must be provided on Friday morning if the fight will take off on Saturday, Sunday or next Monday morning.
6. Make an appointment to the Customs overtime
Saturday afternoon, Zhou, flights Monday morning, if the goods can not arrive before 2:30 pm on Friday designated unloading point, you need to make an appointment to the customs overtime, overtime booking application form in duplicate, stamped with the official seal of exports (original), to be submitted on Friday 16:00 customs approval, the goods must make an appointment to work overtime on Saturday at 8:30 am of the forward
7. Security
Air cargo can not contain dangerous goods and contraband
8. Transfer
After customs clearance, goods need to fill in the transfer list, along with bills of lading, customs seal (export transit) and random file delivery personnel and airport transfer. Random file should be in no later than within 4 hours before the flight and freight operators.
9. Cargo Dynamic Query
Freight forwarding customer service staff will always provide customers with dynamic information of goods (including customs clearance case, the first flight, two flights and the estimated time of arrival).
10. Collecting payment
After every shippment is done, we will make a bill according to the salesman’s quote price. We first fax it to the customer to check. After verification, if no mistake found, then customers will need to make a payment to the specified account within the agreed time.
